What inspired you to get into real estate, and what keeps you passionate about it?
I got into real estate because I’ve always loved the idea of helping people find a place that truly fits them, “”the one”” whether it’s a home to grow into or a space to start something new. There’s something really special about being part of those big life moments. I’m drawn to the mix of strategy and connection. It’s not just about properties, it’s about people.

What keeps me passionate is that no two days are ever the same. The market’s always moving, every client has a different story, and I get to constantly learn and adapt. It’s challenging in the best way, and I genuinely love being the calm, confident guide in what can be a very emotional process. Sharing that journey with my clients is truly something special. 

What’s your favorite local spot or hidden gem in our community?
There are so many great spots in the South Sound, it’s hard to pick just one! But if I had to choose, I’d say the Ruston Way Waterfront in Tacoma. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful place to walk or grab a coffee with views of the water and Mount Rainier. I love that it feels like a little escape but is right in our backyard. Plus, the local eateries along the way have that perfect mix of community vibe and delicious food. It’s the kind of spot that makes you appreciate how lucky we are to live here.

What’s one thing every first-time buyer or seller should know before they start the process?
One thing every first-time buyer or seller should know? It’s a journey—and not just a paperwork one. There are a lot of emotions, decisions, and surprises along the way. Having someone you trust to guide you, explain things clearly, and truly have your back makes all the difference.

To me, ‘Where hearts & homes connect’ means real estate isn’t just about buying or selling a house. It’s about finding a place where people can truly belong. In a tight-knit community, it’s about building relationships, supporting neighbors, and helping folks plant roots where their lives can grow. It’s the heart behind every home that really matters.
