What inspired you to get into real estate, and what keeps you passionate about it?
I got into real estate because after living in our family home for over 30 years, I understood how deeply a house becomes part of who we are. I wanted to help others find that same sense of safety, love, and belonging. Losing our home to a fire was one of the hardest things we’ve ever faced—but it’s also made me more empathetic, more driven, and more connected to the people I serve. I don’t just help clients buy or sell a house—I walk with them through the emotions, the memories, and the milestones that make it home.

What’s your favorite local spot or hidden gem in our community?
One of my favorite local gems? The Blue Rooster Wine Bar. Not just for the amazing wine (though that’s a major plus), but for the memories we’ve made there—costume nights, holiday sweaters, cowboy hats, and plenty of laughs with some of the best people around. And let’s be honest… once you’ve been greeted by a blue rooster, it’s kind of hard not to fall in love with the place.

What’s one thing every first-time buyer or seller should know before they start the process?
One thing every first-time buyer or seller should know is: it’s an emotional journey, not just a transaction. Whether you’re letting go of a home filled with memories or stepping into your very first one, give yourself grace and surround yourself with a team that truly supports you. Having the right agent matters more than you think—you deserve someone who’ll guide you, advocate for you, and celebrate with you every step of the way.

What does “where hearts & homes connect” mean to you?
To me, “where hearts & homes connect” means that real estate is about more than just property—it’s about people, memories, and moments that make a house truly feel like home. It’s where life happens, where families grow, where we celebrate, grieve, and everything in between. As an agent, it’s not just my job to help someone buy or sell a home—it’s my honor to help them connect their heart to a space where their next chapter begins.

If you could describe your real estate style in three words, what would they be?
Heartfelt. Neighborly. Reliable.
I approach real estate the same way I approach life in my community—with heart, with a friendly face, and with a commitment to showing up for people when it matters most. It’s not just about closing deals; it’s about building trust and helping people feel truly at home.
